Deeper and tighter than the normale. There's a whiff of smoked meats and intense cherry fruit. It has a dense core and waves of earthy/savoury flavour. With air you unlock gorgeous florals. It has build under the flesh and excellent persistence. This will age for two decades but is so delicious now. JH 2025
