Pure cassis fruit aromas along with a sprig of mint, some bay leaf and wild sage. It is a smooth wine in the mouth, but just below the flesh all of the detail lives. Each sip is an amalgam of delicious fruit flavours and savoury nuance and there's a gentle flex of tannin giving support to the finish. JH 2022
