The Domaine Baillard bottling, sealed under DIAM and wax capsule. In beautiful condition, pouring clear with a green tinge. Some smoky mineral, fennel tops, white flowers and preserved lemon. Unctuous and deep through the mid. Quite powerful and possesses chalky chew. The finish oozes saline minerality and there's excellent persistence. JH 2026
