Immediately expressive, with spiced plum, cherry and raspberry fruits at the fore. There's a touch of aniseed and it is a Pommard of flesh and lusciousness with proper structure buried just below the surface. Thoroughly enjoyable now because of all of the pretty, sensual elements and balance, but built top age. JH 2018
