The grape bunches are dried for 2-3 weeks draped over the vines. Aged in Oak. Only made in the years the grapes get appropriate dry time (weather dependant)2012 was the previous vintage. Tannin structure is evident and this has great potential to age, high percentage of this is corvina. There is a lovely fruit profile, slight sweetness comes through from the fruit. LH 2019
