This is typically the saltiest, most mineral wine in the Agrapart range. Like all the Agrapart wines the quality is remarkably consistent, with the only variation due to vintage. The 2015 is precisely what you might expect from this cuvée in a more powerful year. It’s deep and layered yet still bright and saline, with preserved lemon notes as well as a salty, nutty complexity and a long, earthy close. Terrific now, it will certainly benefit from one to three years on cork. Another superb Minéral. Rob Walters
