2015 Champagne Marc Chauvet Vintage MAGNUM

It has lovely fruit but is tight. There’s a whiff of lemon and chalk. It is fine and fluffy, with good fruit intensity. Bead is tiny and the finish very precise and long. There’s normally no Meunier in this wine, but Clotilde was so pleased with the quality in ’15 that she added some.
