A blend of Cramant and Oiry Grand Crus. Rich and powerful, full and layered. A hint of vanilla along with notes of brioche, lemon curd and chalk. Great build and texture through the palate and finishes long and chalky. Beautifully proportioned and balanced and such fine bead. Disgorged July 2024 and has 7g/l residual. JH 2025
