100% Chardonnay, this is off Colin’s meticulously farmed Grand Cru vineyards of Cramant and Oiry. It is rich and powerful, full and layered. There’s a hint of vanilla along with notes of brioche, lemon curd and chalk. It has great build and texture through the palate and finishes long and chalky.
