Bright medium pink-red. Refined, flinty aromas of red berries, licorice, minerals and underbrush. Not particularly fleshy but juicy and very sharply delineated, showing terrific cut to the tangy red berry and mineral flavors. Given its firm spine of acids and tannins, this Cerasuolo also boasts lovely charm and delicacy. Finishes very long and perfumed, with a bright mineral undertone.
