Wonderfully fresh, vibrant and punchy. It has the deep, dark colour of a bruise and is a dense wine but by no means heavy. There are raspberry, black cherry and blood plum fruits. A strand of licorice weaves through the flavor profile. Balance and proportion is impeccable. Plenty of enjoyment now. Brilliant in two decades. JH 2016
