This Rosé de Saignée is 100% Pinot Noir from Vertus. This is essence of Pinot with refined bubbles. There are notes of rose petal, fresh berries, root vegetables and earth. It has great flavour intensity and balance. It is an ethereal and engaging wine, offering a different subtle nuance with every sip. It is lovely now but will be splendid with 5-10 years of aging under its belt. JH 2023
