A blend of Pinot Noir 50% (Côte des Bar) and Chardonnay 50% (Côte des Blancs). It spent 10+ years on lees and has an engaging nose of brioche, preserved citrus, chalk and biscuit. The palate is rich and fluffy, with supper fine bead. There’s great fruit intensity and a touch of spice. It has volume coupled with elegance and a finish that drives on. JH 2023
