2009 Devaux Champagne D de Devaux Millésimé

Complex aromas of pastries, brioche, apricot tart, peaches, dried flowers and white cocoa. Some salted caramel. Medium-to full-bodied with a soft, silky mousse and bright acidity. Long and flavorful with a beautiful balance of fruit and creamy pastry notes. Dry. Chardonnay and pinot noir.
