2008 Champagne Colin Cuvée Les Prôles & Chétivins Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru Vertus

The vines were planted in the 1960’s. It has some biscuit and aniseed spice, along with pure white peach and lemon fruits. It is rich and powerful, yet light on its feet, with extremely fine bead and creamy mousse. The finish is chalky, precise and long.  JH 2023
