Some cooler leafy, capsicum notes along with lead pencil and earth. In the mouth the fruit is gentle sweet and laced with cedar and the tannins have all but melted into the fruit. There’s a gentle kiss of breezy acidity to keep everything fresh and vibrant. A delicious 81 that is a notch or two above a recent 81 Montrose. JH 2010
