1980 Domaine Amiot Bertrand Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru les Charmes

This was terrific. Strawberry fruit and black earth. Some undergrowth and rose petals too. Full and velvety. Good depth. Excellent mineral acid drive. Finishes with cherry stone coolness, expansion and persistence.  JH 2026
