Really gets humming after and hour or so in the decanter. It has hit tertiary territory but there's a core that is vinous and sweet. It has notes of teak, tobacco, baked earth, cured meats and leather. There's a hint of chocolate countering all of the savoury elements and there's still plenty of underlying chew from the structural elements. Length is impressive. JH 2016
