1971 Prandi Barolo

The nose is meaty with some hoisin and soy action as well. There's some truffle/porcini fungi stuff going on as well. It is dense and chewy with a vinous sweet heart. There's sweet earth and structural elements are still strong. Very tasty.  JH 2026
