From Vigna Rotonda and Parafada, this is drinking beautifully. It has some forest floor, tar, Indian spice and dark chocolate to the aroma. It is rich and heady, with dried fig and raisins and all sorts of savoury nuance. There's a suggestion of leather and brown spice too. The shot of Balsamic on the back-end gives real lift, length is imposing. JH 2019
