Quite meaty at first but breathes up wonderfully well. There are notes of earth, plum, sour cherry and dried flowers. It is very savoury in the mouth but there is a core of sweet fruit. It has all sorts of interesting, tertiary nuance and a line of brisk acidity adds posture. JH 2017
