1967 Prunotto Barolo Riserva

The 1967 Barolo Riserva shows very little sign of VA, becoming quite intense with briny/iodine-like scents, and later turning decidedly medicinal. The palate is built around a slight structure, not long but showing enjoyable black olive notes toward the bittersweet finish. Nwal Martin, Vinous.
