2017 Domaine Jean-Marc Vincent Santenay Vieilles-Vignes

Just two lieu dits principally, and over 50 year-old vines. Like the whites, elevage without sulfur until the wine is assembled – this 38 hl/ha from old vines 13.4° natural! Lots of colour. Deep, some herb and spice – impressive weight. Supple, concentrated, a touch of texture from the tannin. Great Santenay, indeed simply great wine! Complex and saline and really impressive finishing.
