2017 Domaine Jean-Marc Vincent Santenay ‘Gravité’

The top red of the cellar, always released one year later. A highly perfumed nose of smoke, dried flowers, red berry and cherry. It is opulent, fleshy and giving, with delicious fruit flavours and nice underlying minerality. There's a fine line of acidity and the wine really fans out on the finish. As delicious as it is now it has to stuffing to age for a long time. JH 2020
