2017 Paolo Manzone 'Luvi'

This is Paolo’s Super Piedmontese, with there being 70% Nebbiolo, 20% Barbera and 10% Dolcetto. There were only 3200 bottles made and this ’17 is a beauty. You get rich, black fruits trimmed with Asian spice. There are engaging florals, good flesh and a dense heart. Structure is good and it is long and chewy. JH 2019
