Organically grown fruit, no filtration, no fining, all natural yeasts, no enzymes and no SO2 during harvest or vinification…don’t let the fact that this sounds a little bit ‘hippie’ put you off it really is a delightful wine. The aroma is crammed full of ripe raspberries, dried flowers and smoked meats. In the mouth it possesses great vibrancy of fruit with a silken texture. It is eminently ‘gluggable’ and the bottle seems to disappear in record time.
