Coined ‘Dead Sexy’ by Dave Brookes, this drop is impressive. It pours out a pretty, rose gold colour in the glass, the nose entices the punter with hibiscus and Pimenta, and is carried perfectly with some citrus while all is balanced with great acid. Savoury. Thirst quenching. And delicious.
It is made from Grenache (Tanunda) and Mourvèdre (Marananga), whole bunch pressed for complexity and silky tannins, fermented in French oak and stainless steel, unfiltered - this is a serious rosé.
