This is a representative blend over 15 hectares, largely from Valvent, Pargues and Fleys. Clear pale lemon colour. Not much nose as yet, juicy fruit style. But the minerals come out on the palate along with a little lemon juice. Certainly makes one salivate. Medium to long finish. Jasper Morris M.W.
