Medium dense purple – only medium in comparison to Laurent’s other wines – with two thirds whole bunch vinification. This is exquisite on the palate, all in elegance, though this can be hard to credit with Laurent’s deep colours, but is certainly the case. Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy.
