2018 Serena Palazzolo e Figli Malvasia

When we were in Friuli, the name that kept popping up from the Sommeliers of the region was Ronco del Gnemiz and Serena Palazzolo. We subsequently visited the estate, struck up a good relationship and have been offered a small allocation each year. These are pure wines of great soul and character. Viticulture is organic and there’s minimal intervention in the winery They are wines that are bright and focused with the propensity to age for a long time.
