1964 Franco Fiorina Barolo

Plenty of balsamic lift. There's some leather and tar and smoked meats too. It breathes up to show plenty of Indian spice and a dried fruit character. It has a sweet, vinous core and a chewy, savoury finish. Length is very good. JH 2023
